The apartment is located on the ground floor of five-story building with a separate and convenient entrance, just 150 meters from Beach and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
The house was built in 1924 from natural stones, is a cultural heritage of the city of Kavala, and is under the protection of the Greek Ministry of Culture.
